Do you offer international shipping?
- Most of Products purchased on Up-Next.com.hk can only be delivered within Hong Kong SAR, contact us for details if you need international shipping.

How to do a return?
- Up-Next has a Return Policy. Please refer to the answers below or for more information, please go to our Returns Policy
Please check the following details to our return policy:
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
- Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- Sale items may not be returned.

How can I track my order?
