SHIPPING
How much does shipping cost?

    Standard Delivery

    • Up-Next.com.hk offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over HK$600 within Hong Kong SAR.
    • Orders HK$600 or below are charged a fixed rate by delivery provider once you received the orders. Note 1 

    Note 1: A fixed rate of delivery charge of HK$70 for shipping.

     

    Express Delivery

    • SF Express/Other express company

    Do you offer international shipping?

    • Most of Products purchased on Up-Next.com.hk can only be delivered within Hong Kong SAR, contact us for details if you need international shipping.

    Can I collect my order at UP-NEXT shop?

    • Sure, you may enjoy a free pickup at our retail store, the address is Shop L301, 3/F, T.O.P. This is Our Place, 700 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Hong Kong.

    RETURN & REFUND

    How to do a return?

    • Up-Next has a Return Policy. Please refer to the answers below or for more information, please go to our Returns Policy

    Please check the following details to our return policy:

    • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.
    • Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
    • Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
    • Sale items may not be returned.

    When will I receive the refund?

    Return often take 14 business days or less to reach our warehouse.
    Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

    How can I find the status of my order?
    • You can view your order history and find the order status tracking page.
       How can I track my order?
      • You will receive an email with the tracking number and information from the carrier once your order has been shipped.
      • You will be provided with a follow up email to your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped. This follow up email will contain a tracking number and will contain a link to the carrier service used for your purchase.
      • If you have not received your follow up email, please don't hesitate to contact us either through our Contact Us page or email us at info@up-next.com.hk
        
      OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

      How do I know when an item will be restocked online or stocked in stores?

      • If the product says “coming soon” or “temporarily out of stock”, please come visit us again at a different time and keep in touch through our social media platform.
